Frl. Wunder AG summons the spirits of change. As masters of ceremony and explorers they look back and ahead: ideals, life models and societal architectures. In preparation for the magic age barrier, they call the heroes of their youth: What do we have to get done now? What will only now become possible? What has to be left behind and what may never succeed?
They compare utopias of the past with life plans from today. Relics of their own past, climax of political activism, photos, and old love songs become part of the audiences rite of passage. Representing a generation that seems more frightened by limited possibilities than burn out, Frl. Wunder AG deal with the conflict of juvenile awakening and arriving in adulthood and by this pose the question: How do we want to live?
